CB018

The electronic Circuit Board CB018S is used to control Power Moller® 24 brushless DC motors without a built-in electromechanical brake. It is compatible with series PM320HS. It can only be used in conjunction with single motors.
It performs the following functions:
  • Motor Run/Stop (NPN input)
  • Selection of the direction of rotation of the motor, depending on the installation requirements
  • Speed variation
  • Stable speed range in relation to the load (nominal load)
  • Dynamic brake
  • Overload protection via built-in thermistor and current limiter
  • Error signal in case of motor overload (PNP output)
  • Speed selection via 3 dip switches (8 fixed speeds)

CB016

The CB016xxx circuit board is designed to drive the PM500/605FE series motorized roller with or without mechanical brake, and is equipped with several functions for your logistics needs. It has the standard version and very low temperature for application in a cold room as well as the version without and with mechanical brake.

CB030

The circuit board CB030 is compatible with motorized rollers series PM605KT.

CBM-105

The electronic Circuit Board CBM-105FP1-EU1 is used to control Power Moller® 24 brushless DC motors without a built-in electromechanical brake. It is compatible with series PM500FE and PM605FE. It can only be used in conjunction with single motors.
It performs the following functions:
  • Motor Run/Stop
  • Selection of the direction of rotation of the motor, depending on the installation requirements
  • Variable speed at constant starting torque using an external analogue voltage (0 to 10V)
  • Stable speed range in relation to the load
  • Dynamic brake or Servo brake
  • Overload protection via built-in thermistor and current limiter (4A)
  • Error signal in case of default
  • Acceleration and deceleration regulated using 2 potentiometers (0 – 2.5sec)
  • Motor speed pulse signal output (NPN logic) - Speed selection via rotary switch (20 speeds) or by external voltage (20 speeds)
  • Manual restart after thermal error / Low voltage / Generated voltage
All connectors and power leads are compatible with the CB016P-7 circuit-board. The Circuit Board delivers a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) controlled by a magnetic pulse sensor built into the motor .
